KolaDaisi University Honours Rep ‘Attacker’ For ‘Service To Humanity’
KolaDaisi University, Ibadan, Oyo State, says it’s presenting an award of honour to the Deputy Minority Whip of the House of Representatives, Hon. Adekoya Adesegun Abdel-Majid for his “philanthropic activities and service to humanity.”
The award would be presented to him during the University’s Faculty of Arts Management and Social Sciences (FAMS) hybrid conference slated for June 29.
This was contained in a letter dated June 14 and signed by the Dean of the Faculty, Professor Koblowe Obono.
Obono said the lawmaker popularly known as ‘Attacker’ is the sole recipient of the award.
According to him, the faculty believes that the award will further motivate him in giving more to the society.
It reads “AWARD OF HONOUR: The Faculty of Arts Management and Social Sciences (FAMS), KolaDaisi University, is pleased to invite you as a sole recipient of Award of Honour at her International Conference on “Digitalizing Humanities. Management and Social Sciences in the World of Work”.
“The Conference, which is a hybrid of virtual and physical participation is scheduled for 28 30 June, 2022. The Faculty considered honouring you with this award based on your well-known philanthropic activities and service to humanity. We believe that this award will further motivate you in giving more to the society.
“Meanwhile, the Faculty will appreciate any support you can render towards the upliftment of the Faculty.
