“Why We Endorsed Gov Abiodun For Second Term” -Ijebu East APC Youths
The All Progressives Congress (APC) Youths in Ijebu East local government area of Ogun state have joined other progressives groups in the state to adopt Gov Dapo Abiodun for second term ahead of the 2023 general elections.
The Youth endorsed the Governor for second term at a political event held in Itawade, Ijebu-Ife in Ijebu East local government area yesterday.
Led by Comrade Badejo Remilekun, the Youth unanimously endorsed the Governor for another term, stressing that his ongoing first term in office witnessed a remarkable transformation of the entire state.
Comrade Badejo stressed further that unlike the immediate past administration, the Governor had touched on every sector of the state economy without setting aside any project.
“We have witnessed re-engineered in public good in all the three senatorial districts in the state. We have a strong conviction that the second coming of our amiable Governor will record more glorifying feats,” Com Badejo added.
Speaking earlier, the Executive Chairman of Ijebu East Local Government (IELG), Hon. Wale Adedayo expressed appreciation to the Governor for his laudable works so far. He described Gov Abiodun as patriotic personality who has his people at heart. Adedayo also backed the call for the Governor second term.
Hon. Biyi Adeleye, who represented the governor at the event, expressed happiness over the endorsement and solicited for more support for the present administration.
