Indigenes of Ijebu in Ogun State have concluded plans to celebrate Ikokore festival day which is a socio-cultural concert.
The Festival is set to hold on Monday, December 26th at justice Abimbola road Elerugbada, GRA. Ijebu Ode, Ogun State
According the statement released by the organizer, there will be Rap Battle, Dancing Competition, Cooking Competition, Eating Competition and
Games (ayo olopon) in which attract cash prizes.
The celebration will come in with drums , games with the infusion of comedy and beautiful performances.
Soyoyo Crooner, Musiliu Haruna Ishola, Celebrity chef ( chef sleek), Bash the cash comedian and other popular Artists will be present at the event.
The event which promises a grand one will have all the happening dudes and ladies in attendance. As well as the elderly ones who value the rich cultural value and delicacies of the Ijebus
The ikokore experience is a concert to preserve the historical relics and communicate it to the youth in our contemporary world.
The experience provides a venue for live bands, DJ, comedians, and musical acts to perform. It also features outdoor activities, games and the likes (it’s endlessly unexplainable)

The first edition which was in 2019 was titled COOK OUT WITH CHEF SLEEK came with a huge success that accommodated important dignitaries of the ijebu’s and Ogun State at large.
Now they are here again in an exciting edition titled ” IKOKORE IJEBU EXPERIENCE “
