Daytayo Moshood Foundation Distributes 150 Free JAMB Forms To Odogbolu Students

In a bid to promote access to higher education and support academic advancement among youths, the Daytayo Moshood Foundation has commenced the distribution of 150 free Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) forms to intending university applicants across the 15 wards of Odogbolu Local Government Area of Ogun State.

Our correspondent gathered that the initiative targets qualified secondary school leavers within the local government, aimed at easing the financial burden on parents and guardians while encouraging young people to pursue tertiary education.

Beneficiaries were selected from all 15 wards to ensure fair and inclusive participation across Odogbolu.

According to the foundation, applicants must possess a minimum of five credit passes in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained from either WAEC or NECO examinations, to qualify for the free JAMB forms.

While speaking on the rationale behind the initiative, the founder of the foundation, Hajji Moshood Adetayo Abubakar (Langbodo), explained that he’s to committed to human capital development, noting that education remains a critical tool for social mobility and sustainable development.

Abubakar is a well-known grassroots politician in Odogbolu Local Government and a committed member of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

The foundation founder revealed that his longstanding engagement with community development and youth empowerment at the grassroots level inspired the education-focused intervention.

He also hinted that the foundation will continue to invest in programs that uplift students and strengthen the future of Odogbolu Local Government.

The Daytayo Moshood Foundation, therefore, urged eligible candidates across the local government to take advantage of the opportunity, describing the initiative as part of its broader mission to empower youths and support educational excellence within the community.
