“I am particularly inspired by Your Majesty’s distinguished background and your focus on fostering knowledge and innovation within the kingdom,” the Senator added, drawing a connection between his own professional field and the monarch’s forward-looking approach.
The Senator concluded by commending the planning committees for the event, which he said reinforces cultural identity and fosters communal harmony. He expressed confidence that under the Olowu’s “continued visionary leadership, the Owu Kingdom will scale even greater heights.”
The Omo Olowu Day is an annual cultural festival that brings together sons and daughters of the Owu Kingdom, both at home and in the diaspora, to celebrate their heritage and foster unity.
