Security operatives, including policemen and officials of the Department of State Services, on Monday, stormed the Lagos State House of Assembly Complex.
They attempted to gain access into the Assembly chambers but were resisted by some lawmakers and workers in the Assembly.
Lawmakers eventually gained access into the chambers where the Speaker Mojisola Meranda presided over the plenary.
During the plenary, members took turns to condemn the invasion of the Assembly by the security operatives and asked the Director of the DSS to provide explanation for the action by his men.
