In line with the commitments of his excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun to ensure gender inclusiveness in political offices, the executive chairman of Abeokuta North local government, Dr Lanre Oyegbola-Sodipo has appointed Agbaje Mutiat Omowunmi as Secretary to the local government.
Agbaje holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical engineering from the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, LAUTECH and also an MBA in Marketing from the same university.
Agbaje hails from Gbagura community in Abeokuta north local government.
The new SLG comes on board with a rich private sector experience with over 20years working experience in various capacities.
Agbaje is an astute administrator. Until her appointment, she is the deputy director of New Hall International School, Lekki, Lagos.
The SLG will be sworn in on Wednesday, 5th of February 2025 at the local government secretariat.
