His exemplary track record as a former Commissioner for Youth and Sports in Ogun State, as well as his private sports business, laid the foundation for this well-deserved recognition. His passionate advocacy and innovative strategies have been pivotal in the growth and development of sports.
His appointment as Local Organizing Committee’s (LOC) Chairman of the upcoming 22nd National Sports Festival, tagged the Gateway Games Ogun 2024, by His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun, CON, in 2023, is a testament to his dedication and vision. These qualities have undoubtedly contributed to our preparations for the festival thus far.
As he takes on this prestigious role at the National Sports Commission, we are confident that Olopade will continue to drive positive change, inspire future generations, and elevate Nigerian sports on the global stage.
