The Otun-Asiwaju Onigbagbo of Ijebuland, Ambassador Raffy Bell has extended his felicitation to Otunba Gbenga Daniel, the former Ogun State governor and Asiwaju of Remo Christians on this year’s third edition of annual choir festival themed “Messiah Baba mi”, held on Sunday 16th June,2024 at Abraham ‘s Tabernacle, Oba Erinwole Awolesi road, Sagamu G.R.A in Ogun State.
Ambassador Bell in a statement issued on Sunday by his media office and made available to newsmen described Otunba Gbenga Daniel as a devout christian who has the same character with King David in the holy bible.
Stating further that Otunba Daniel has been using his resources to praise God from time immemorial, and also promoting evangelism across the length and breadth of Remoland and beyond.
The statement reads partly:
“King David is known as an example of a Godly worshiper, in fact God said about him that, “I have found in David the son of Jesse a man after my heart”.
King David challenges himself to praise God with his whole being, and not to forget God’s benefits.
Otunba Gbenga Daniel’s character and his actions is like that of King David in the holy bible, the statement added.
This year’s choir festival featured winning prizes for the participants choir group and tokenism for ten observing choirs among others.
Conclusively, Ambassador Bell prayed for God to continue to preserve the life of Otunba Gbenga Daniel in order to celebrate more of this choir festival in good health and wealth.
