Apostle Suleman To Nigerians: Don’t Sell Your Liberty To Terrorists

*Kicks Off ‘Wonders Without Number’

In one of his past sermons, famous servant of God, Apostle Johnson Suleman averred that wherever two or more people gather together, politics is there with them. He told his congregation not to bother about his consistent teachings against bad leadership. He insisted in the 2018 lecture video: “We rely on each other for what we need. We bring our own interests and expectations to the exchange, and we depend on each other to be trustworthy, ethical and fair in the process. So, we must talk to those with whom our welfare is entrusted, the political leaders.

According to ‘The Oracle of God’, as Apostle Suleman is fondly addressed, if a religious leader can’t talk about politics, where can his members go for spiritual guidance? He reminded the congregation about King Pharaoh in the Holy Bible, who was afraid of the possibilities of a growing and thriving Hebrew population in Egypt. “Pharaoh, therefore, enslaved the Hebrew people. God responded, albeit after a significant delay, by overwhelming Pharaoh and freeing Israel,” Suleman narrated, adding that the Holy Book bolsters his firm attitude and outbursts against bad government policies and careless posturing of the leaders.

The latest in the warning against bad leadership was the Omega Fire Ministries (OFM), Apostle Suleman’s intervention in the wild comments trailing Isa Pantami, Nigeria’s communications and digital planning minister, whose recent past was linked with religious extremism and doctrines of the Islamic terrorist organizations like Boko Haram Al-Qaeda. The minister was also alleged to have relationship with certain Muslim leaders who plotted the death of former Kaduna State Governor, Patrick Yakowa. The Late Yakowa was a Christian.

Giving his voice to the allegation against Pantami, Apostle Suleman warned that no amount of extremism could stop the spread of Christianity, especially in the North. The firebrand preacher declared that divisive and separatist ideologies, if allowed, would have an adverse effect on governance. Divisive mentality and separatist ideology can never produce good governance. We are counting days to the exit of a failed system. We have survived, we will survive, he noted, warning that, “on the altar of political correctness, Nigerians must not sell their liberty to terrorists and terrorism.”

Meanwhile, the month of May 2021 would indeed be one to remember. Between Friday 14th and Sunday 30th of the month, Apostle Suleman’s ministry would host the next edition of the miracle healing and impartation conference tagged ‘Wonders Without Number’. At the highly anticipated 17-day programme, destinies would be gloriously altered and lives transformed forever, according to a statement from OFM. These divinely orchestrated services scheduled to hold at the ministry’s headquarters in Auchi, Edo State, the statement said, promises as usual uncommon manifestations of the anointing.

Aside healing and restoring destinies, the conference would see the servant of God and other participating junior ministers gather to pray for the nation and her subjects.
