Reports reaching Gateway Times yesterday said that a commercial Toyota Sienna with passengers has plunged into the Ososa River on the Sagamu-Ijebu-Ode-Benin Expressway in the Odogbolu Local Government Area of Ogun state.
It was gathered that the incident occurred around 4:30/pm on Wednesday.
The spokesman for the Federal Road Safety Corps, Ogun Sector Command, Florence Okpe made the confirmation to news men in Abeokuta, Ogun State
According to him, the bus was coming from Lagos and heading for Ijebu-Ode when it plunged into the River.
He maintained that the rescue operations were already ongoing as of the time of filing this report.
