A Human rights acivist, comrade Femi Aborisade has said that the today’s celebration of June 12 should not be welcomed by the people until the federal government eradicate poverty level.
He disclosed this during his tribute message to Moshood Kashimawo Abiola at MKO, stadium, Abeokuta, Ogun State.
He also advised president Muhammadu Buhari to ensure he looks into the ideas of late MKO Abiola.
”We are yet to celebrate June 12, it is when poverty is eradicated, free medical care and free education are put in place that is when we can say we are really celebrating June 12 but for now we are not”
”It is when we say farewell to poverty in Nigeria that we can say we say the federal government value and recognise June 12”
